A
predetermined amount of funds is available for
assisting families with tuition costs.
Qualification
is based on need as determined by a third
party evaluation through the submission of a
confidential assessment form and the most
recent IRS 1040.
It is
extremely important that families seeking
tuition assistance submit the necessary forms
(confidential assessment application and IRS
1040) by the required date to the School
Services office.
Families
will then be notified by mail in late
spring/early summer as to the amount of
tuition assistance granted.
Should families need to discuss
their tuition assistance further, they must
call the School Services office and set up an
appointment with a Director and an Elder from
Salem Lutheran Church, who have been
preselected to serve in this capacity.
Should
a need arise in the area of tuition or any
other school-related expense during the school
year, please contact the School Services
office immediately for help in the matter.
